When you are wearing headsets on your walk, do not sing "Sweet Caroline" or "Don't Stop Believing" People can hear you three miles away, I am told.

It has been three and one half years since I posted on this blog. I am back. I am seriously considering a long walk next year - the Big Sur Half Marathon Walk. The 2014 walk is this Sunday. I am not in shape for that, but next year I will be.
